PAAB Allocates RM50,000 for Ma’ahad Sas, Jengka, Pahang

Jerantut – Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (PAAB) has allocated RM50,000 to carry out maintenance work on the water supply system at Ma’ahad As-Sultan Ahmad Shah Ad-Dini (Ma’ahadSAS), Jengka, Pahang through its sustainable corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme.

It involved upgrading of water tanks and pipe replacement in dormitory buildings expected to be completed by end of May 2021.

The Sumbangan PAAB Prihatin 2021 mock cheque presentation ceremony, officiated by our Chief Executive Officer, En. Abdul Hadi Ali was also held at Ma’ahadSAS on Monday, 5 April  2021.

Also present were Chief Executive Officer of Pengurusan Air Pahang Berhad (PAIP), Saiful Zaini Mohd Bokhari, and Ma’ahadSAS acting principal, Che Aziz Che Dollah.

During this event, PAIP also held an awareness campaign to educate MaahadSAS’s teachers and students on the importance of saving water and how to cope with its scarcity and ensure sustainability. Our aim is to change our citizens attitudes and behaviour especially the young generations to improve water usage efficiency.

PAAB’s sustainability CSR is one of the company’s initiatives aimed at ensuring continuous assistance given to the target groups in the states which have signed the water restructuring agreement with PAAB.
