Dato’ Haji Rosli Isa was appointed as Board Member on 15 March 2023. He is currently the Penang State Secretary, since 4 October 2023.

His strength is his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the government machinery from his experience serving in numerous ministries and government departments, namely Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Education, Public Service Department and the Ministry of Finance.

Dato’ Haji Rosli holds a Bachelor of Political Science Degree from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 1989. In 1990, he also obtained a Diploma in Education from UKM. He then entered the Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1996.

He has been conferred with numerous awards namely; “Anugerah  Perkhidmatan Cemerlang  from  Kementerian  Pengajian  Tinggi,  Penganugerahan  Pingat  Pekerti Terpilih  Negeri  Perak,  Penganugerahan  Pingat  Paduka  Mahkota  Perak  and Penganugerahan Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang.”
