Dato' Seri Ir. Jaseni was appointed as Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad’s Chairman on 4 April 2023.

Dato' Seri brings with him a vast experience in the corporate world and water industry, having previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of PBA Holdings Berhad (PBAHB) and Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd. (PBAPP).

He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (1979), a BSc. (Hons.) Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Glasgow (1984), a Diploma in Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management (1991) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Sains Malaysia (2001).

He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a Member of the Malaysian Water Association (MWA).

In view of his contribution to the Malaysian Water Industry, he has been conferred with numerous awards namely;

• Malaysian Water Industry Achievement Award 2018 for Management
• Distinguished Engineer Award 2018 by Institute of Engineers, Malaysia
• “Anugerah Perdana Menteri Tokoh Mahir 2019” by Ministry of Human Resources
