Clerk - Corporate Communications

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties;
  • Setting up appointments and follow-up task with internal/external parties including media, government bodies, water associates and related industry as required;
  • Assist in updating and monitoring news and website;
  • Assist in getting quotations from suppliers; and
  • Perform any other related jobs as instructed from time to time by the Management and/or immediate Superior.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have a valid driving license and willing to travel outstations.
  • Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint with good report writing skills.
  • Self motivated, analytical and resourceful with strong integrity and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Results oriented with good interpersonal and people’s skills.
  • Must be able to speak and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiently.
